Delete a channel’s data
In Postbiz, open Channels, choose the channel, then Disconnect. Access tokens are deleted immediately, and the related conversations and messages within [30] days.
Delete your account
In Settings, choose Delete my account. Your profile, the organizations of which you are the only administrator and all associated data are deleted within [30] days.
You removed Postbiz from Facebook or Instagram
If you remove the Postbiz app from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, we stop receiving your data and delete the matching tokens. To ask for the erasure of conversations already stored, write to us with the name of the account concerned.

Write to contact@postbiz.com from your account’s address. We confirm the deletion by reply.
