Terms of Service
Last updated: [date]
1. Publisher and purpose
Postbiz is published by [COMPANY NAME], [legal form], [address], registered under number [REGISTRATION NUMBER]. These terms govern the use of the Postbiz service, which lets you schedule posts and manage the messages and comments of social media accounts that the user has connected.
2. Account
The user creates an account with a valid e-mail address and keeps their credentials safe. They are responsible for actions taken from their account and by the members they invite to their organization.
3. Third-party social networks
Postbiz acts on the accounts the user authorizes, through the official interfaces of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. The user remains bound by each network’s terms (for example, the 24-hour window for replying to messages on Messenger and Instagram) and guarantees that they hold the necessary rights over the content they publish.
Available features depend on the permissions granted by each network, which may change or be withdrawn. Postbiz does not guarantee that a given feature will be available on a given network.
4. Content and conduct
The user must not use the service unlawfully, in particular to send unsolicited bulk messages, to distribute illegal content or content that breaks the networks’ rules, or to attempt to bypass technical or security limits.
5. Pricing and payment
During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge. The prices published on the Pricing page will apply at the end of the beta, after the user has been notified at least [30] days in advance. [Billing, cancellation and refund terms to be completed when payments are enabled.]
6. Availability and liability
Postbiz uses reasonable means to keep the service running, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. [Limitation of liability to be completed.]
7. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time. Postbiz may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the rules of a third-party network.
8. Open-source software
The source code of Postbiz is published under the GNU AGPL-3.0 license. That license governs the code; these terms govern the service hosted by the publisher.
9. Governing law
French law. [Competent court to be completed.]
