Why not all messages?
LinkedIn and YouTube do not give third-party apps access to private messages. We do not work around these rules: it would put your accounts at risk.
Channels
Each network decides what third-party tools are allowed to do. Rather than promise a “universal” inbox, here is the real status, network by network.
| Network | Publish | Private messages | Comments | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beta | Beta | Beta | Pages. Messages: you can reply within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. | |
| Soon | Beta | Beta | Professional accounts. Messages: you can reply within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. | |
| X | Beta | Soon | Soon | Messages depend on the paid tier of the X API. |
| Beta | Not available | Soon | LinkedIn does not open its messaging to third-party apps. Page comments are planned. | |
| TikTok | Soon | Soon | Soon | Messaging requires TikTok’s approval and is not available in some regions. |
| YouTube | Soon | Not available | Beta | YouTube has no private messages: comments only. |
“Beta”: available to testers. “Soon”: planned, subject to the access granted by the network.
