2. Data we process

• Account: e-mail address, display name, password (stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider).
• Connected channels: account identifier, name and picture, and the access tokens provided by the network (encrypted before storage).
• Messages and comments: content received and sent on the accounts you connect, as well as the public identifier, name and username of the people who write to you.
• Posts: the texts, media and dates you schedule.
• Usage: technical logs needed for security and for the service to work properly.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (performance of the contract).
• Ensuring security and preventing abuse (legitimate interest).
• Answering your support requests (legitimate interest).

We do not use your messages or posts to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell them.

4. Processors

7. Security

Data is isolated per organization at the database level, access tokens are encrypted, and traffic is encrypted. As no system is infallible, we will inform you of any incident affecting your data.
